Core Positioning

CAAC is committed to serving as an important platform for U.S.–China economic and trade engagement. Our core mission is to promote business cooperation, support the growth of Chinese American enterprises, and encourage multicultural exchange and integration.

We aim to be a strong support platform for Chinese American businesses in the United States, helping our member companies seize opportunities in an increasingly globalized economy.

Organizational Structure

• American Chinese Chamber of Commerce (CAAC – 501(c)(6)

The primary business association platform focused on member services, community engagement, and lawful commercial exchange.

• CAAC Foundation (501(c)(3)

An affiliated charitable organization dedicated to education development, youth programs, public service initiatives, and community support.

Vision

Looking ahead, the American Chinese Chamber of Commerce will continue to unite community leaders and American community members committed to promoting people-to-people exchange between the United States and China, bringing together diverse strengths within the community.

We will continue our efforts to advance constructive exchange and cooperation, support the well-being of the Chinese American community, and promote the prosperity and development of the broader community.

CAAC remains dedicated to contributing to sustainable engagement and long-term collaboration between the United States and China.
