Statement of Organizational Independence

The Chinese American Association of Commerce (CAAC) is an independent nonprofit business league organized under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code.

CAAC is not affiliated with, directed by, or formally connected to any government, political party, or political organization in the United States or abroad.

The Association does not represent any single governmental body or political institution. Its mission is to promote lawful business cooperation, professional networking, cultural exchange, and community engagement.

CAAC serves as a platform for dialogue and collaboration among diverse communities and institutions. Our activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and are focused on economic development and mutual understanding.

Any characterization of CAAC as being controlled by or representing any political entity is inaccurate and inconsistent with the organization’s governing documents and operational structure.

CAAC reserves the right to protect its legal interests against materially false statements that may cause reputational harm.

組織獨立聲明

美國華商總會（CAAC）為依據美國國稅法第501(c)(6)條成立之獨立非營利商業聯盟組織。

本會不隸屬於、亦不受任何政府、政黨或政治組織（無論美國或其他國家）之指導或控制。

本會不代表任何單一政府機構或政治實體。本會宗旨在於推動合法商業合作、專業交流、文化互動與社區參與。

本會作為多元社群與機構之間的交流平台，所有活動均依法進行，並以經濟發展與相互理解為核心。

任何將本會定性為受特定政治機構控制或代表其立場之說法，均與本會章程及實際運作情況不符。

如有對本會造成實質名譽損害之不實陳述，本會保留依法維護權益之權利。
