Membership Overview

The Chinese American Association of Commerce (CAAC) is a membership-based 501(c)(6) nonprofit business association.

Membership is open to individuals and business entities who support the mission of the association and agree to abide by its bylaws and governance structure.

Our members form the foundation of the organization’s continuity, stability, and collective strength.

Categories of Membership

Membership categories may include:

• Individual Members

• Business Members

• Corporate or Institutional Members

• Honorary Members (as determined by the Board)

Rights of Members

Members are expected to:

Membership Dues

Membership dues are determined periodically by the Board of Directors to ensure financial sustainability and operational stability.

All funds are used in furtherance of the association’s lawful purposes and administrative needs.

所有經費均依法用於本會宗旨及行政支出。

Application Process
